It’s probably time for my toddler to have a duvet but I’m reluctant to retire the sleeping bag – it’s the only thing stopping him from climbing out the cot.
He has to wear ones with zips though, as he’s pretty good at breaking free.
My absolute favourite baby sleeping bag by Sleepycozy, which was leant to me by a friend (dreading giving it back!).
It eclipses all our other baby sleeping bags, possibly because rather than straps it has sleeves, which looks a bit strange but means it fits much better and is extremely cosy – as close as possible to being wrapped up in a duvet!
It washes brilliantly, has two zips for easy nappy change and is also approved by the Cot Death Society. £28 – £34, also available in other colours
